Our Story

Jardin des savons de Victoria began with a love of herbs, hands in the soil, and a dream of creating something meaningful.

Before I made soap, I imagined opening an apothecary: a place where I could share my knowledge of herbs and my passion for growing them. Here in Québec, that dream needed a different starting point. Soapmaking became my way of bringing my love of plants into something handmade, useful, and part of everyday life.

The garden in my business name is a real one. It’s where I grow many of the herbs I love and spend time learning, tending, and finding inspiration. Peppermint from my garden finds its way into Mint to Be Detoxed, and I use my own homegrown lavender, too. That connection between what I grow and what I make is at the heart of Jardin des savons de Victoria.

I make my soaps in small batches with care, passion, and a love for the creative process. From choosing essential oil blends to giving each bar its own character and playful name, I put a little of myself into everything I create. Inspired by my garden, I make soaps that nourish your skin and celebrate the beauty of nature, bringing a little everyday care from my hands to yours.

My original apothecary dream is still growing, but this little soap garden has become something special in its own right. As the business grows, I hope to keep exploring new creations rooted in that same love of herbs and handmade care.
